CHILI LIMÉ CHICKÉN RECIPE

- 2 to 2.5 lbs of skin on chicken legs
Marinade:
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 3 teaspoons fresh lime zest
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 2 jalapeño, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder or to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Rinse the chicken legs, remove the bones, leave the skin on and dry with paper towels. Put aside.
- Get a large bowl, mixing all the ingredients for the marinade with a whisk. Make sure the marinade is well combined.
- Add the chicken to the marinade, make sure to stir and coat the chicken well. Leave to marinate for 2 hours.
- Light the grill, brush a little oil on the surface. Add a little garlic, cilantro and jalapeño from the marinade on the chicken and grill them until they turn golden and charred on both sides. Serve immediately.
