  • 1 huge head of cauliflower 
  • 4 tbsp. dissolved spread, isolated 
  • Legitimate salt 
  • Newly ground dark pepper 
  • 4 entire cloves garlic (skin-on) 
  • 4 leaves new wise 
  • 4 sprigs new thyme 
  • 4 sprigs new rosemary 



FOR THE Sauce :

  • 4 tbsp. spread 
  • 1/2 onion, finely hacked 
  • 4 oz. cremini mushrooms, finely hacked 
  • 1 tsp. newly cleaved sage 
  • 1 tsp. newly cleaved rosemary 
  • 1 tsp. newly cleaved thyme 
  • 3 tbsp. generally useful flour 
  • 2 to 4 c. low-sodium vegetable soup 




Bearings :

  1. Preheat stove to 450°. Place cauliflower in an extensive broiler safe skillet, rub done with 2 tablespoons of softened spread, and season with salt and pepper. Orchestrate garlic and herbs around cauliflower. 
  2. Prepare until cauliflower is delicate and somewhat burned, brushing with outstanding 2 tablespoons softened spread part of the way through, 1 hour to 1 hour 30 minutes. (Penetrate cauliflower with a paring blade to check if it's prepared.) 


MAKE Sauce :

  1. In a little pan over medium warmth, dissolve spread. Include onion and cook, mixing until delicate, 5 minutes. Mix in mushrooms and herbs and season with salt and pepper. Cook, blending, until mushrooms are delicate and brilliant, around 4 minutes. Include 1 or 2 cloves of the simmered garlic (skins evacuated), separating cloves with a wooden spoon. Mix in flour and cook 1 minute, at that point speed in 2 measures of soup and heat blend to the point of boiling.
