Caprésé Chickén #yummy #chicken

Caprésé Chickén


Ingrédients

  • 1 tabléspoon. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lb bonéless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Koshér salt
  • Fréshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. balsamic vinégar
  • 2 clovés of garlic, minced
  • 1 pt. grapé tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tabléspoons. freshly ripped basil
  • 4 slicés of mozzarella


Diréctions

  • In a largé skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and cook until golden and cooked through, 6 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate.
  • Add thé balsamic vinegar to the pan, then add the garlic and cook until it is fragrant, 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and season with salt. Simmer until tender, 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in the basil.
  • Return thé chicken to the pan and nestle into the tomatoes. Garnish with mozzarella and cover with a lid to melt.
  • Placé the tomatoes on the chicken and serve.
