You’ll Need:

2 lbs. stripped and deveined shrimp I use Marina Del Rey shrimp 

2 little zucchini 

2 little yellow squash 

3 little ringer peppers any shading 

3 tbsp. olive oil 

2 tbsp. margarine 

2 garlic cloves finely cleaved 

1 tbsp. paprika 

1/2 tbsp. Cajun flavoring 

Salt and pepper to taste 

Crisp parsley to decorate 

How to Make:


  1. Cut the vegetables into nibble measured pieces. 
  2. Place the shrimp into a medium bowl and include the Cajun flavoring, paprika, salt, and olive oil. Blend well. 
  3. Warmth an expansive skillet over medium-high warmth. Include the shrimp and cook for around 6-7 minutes, or until cooked through. Expel the shrimp from the skillet and put aside. 
  4. To a similar skillet, include the garlic, margarine, and vegetables. Season with salt, and pan fried food for around 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are delicate. 
  5. Restore the shrimp to the skillet, mix well, and trimming with parsley. Serve.
