You’ll Need:
8 oz. gentle Italian hotdog
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 oz. new child spinach
1 lb. spiralized butternut squash*
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. red pepper chips discretionary
1 container Half and Half
2 garlic cloves finely minced
1/2 container Parmesan cheddar
Salt to taste
How to Make:
- In a huge skillet, warm up the olive oil over medium-high warmth, include the hotdog, and cook, breaking it into chomp measured pieces, for around 7 minutes.
- Include the spinach and cook until simply withered, for around 2-3 minutes.
- Include the butternut squash noodles, and season with paprika, red pepper drops, and salt. Cook, mixing sporadically, for around 5-7 minutes.
- Include the garlic and Half and Half. Lessen the warmth to medium-low, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Blend in the Parmesan cheddar. Serve.
