Fixings 


  • 250g uncooked penne pasta 
  • 1 tbsp + 1/2 tsp additional virgin olive oil 
  • 4 to 5 garlic gloves, minced (2 tbsp) 
  • 1/2 tbsp cornflour 
  • 2 glasses unsweetened almond milk 
  • 1/2 tsp salt + pepper to taste 
  • 1/2 + 1/4 glass sun dried tomatoes (jolted in oil, with garlic and herbs included), depleted from any oil 
  • 1 tbsp nourishing yeast 
  • 1 onion, diced 
  • 1 tsp bean stew drops, or to taste 
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano 
  • 2 to 3 major bunches of rocket or infant spinach 




Guidelines :

  1. Cook your pasta as indicated by the bundle guidelines, however leave the pasta just somewhat half-cooked. Put aside. 
  2. Include 1 tbsp olive oil into a huge griddle over medium to high warmth. Whenever hot, include garlic and cook for 2 minutes or until softly sautéed.
