3/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken bosom ($2.09)

1/2 Tbsp bean stew powder * ($0.15)

1/2 tsp cumin ($0.05)

1/2 tsp smoked paprika ($0.05)

1/4 tsp cayenne (discretionary) ($0.02)

split pepper ($0.03)

1 15oz. can fire simmered tomatoes ($1.00)

1 10oz. can diced tomatoes with green chiles ($0.49)

1 15oz. can dark beans ($0.59)

1 container solidified corn pieces ($0.38)

6 containers chicken broth** ($0.78)

TORTILLA CRISPS

8 6-inch corn tortillas ($0.75)

1 Tbsp cooking oil ($0.02)

squeeze salt ($0.02)

Discretionary Fixings

1 avocado ($1.50)

1/4 pack cilantro ($0.22)

6 Tbsp sharp cream ($0.48)

1 lime ($0.69)

How to Make:

  1. Shakers the onion and mince the garlic. Include the onion, garlic, chicken bosom, stew powder, cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne, some newly split pepper (around 10 wrenches of a pepper plant), the flame broiled tomatoes (with juices), diced tomatoes with chiles (with juices), dark beans (depleted), corn, and chicken juices to the moderate cooker.
  2. Give everything a short mix, place the top on the moderate cooker, and cook on high for 4 hours, or low for 8 hours.
  3. Subsequent to cooking on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours, cautiously expel the chicken bosom, shred it with a fork, at that point return it to the soup.
  4. To make the tortilla crisps, preheat the broiler to 400ºF. Stack the tortillas, at that point cut them into strips that are roughly 1/4-inch wide and 2 to 3-inches in length. Spot the strips in a bowl, shower with cooking oil, and a touch of salt. Tenderly hurl the strips until they're totally covered in oil.
  5. Spread the oil covered tortilla strips over a preparing sheet in a solitary layer, covering as meager as could be expected under the circumstances. Heat them in the preheated stove for 10-15 minutes, blending once like clockwork, or until they are profoundly brilliant dark colored and firm. The all out cook time will rely upon the extent of your strips and how swarmed they are on the heating sheet, so watch them intently and modify the cook time as required.
  6. To serve, scoop the soup into dishes, top with a bunch of the tortilla crisps, some cleaved cilantro, a couple of cuts of avocado, and a dab of harsh cream. Crush a wedge of crisp lime over best just before eating
